We are Rocky Mountain Prep, a movement comprised of incredible educators, families, scholars, and advocates who are changing the face of public education in Colorado by democratizing college access and preparation for historically marginalized students and families. On paper, we are a network of twelve college preparatory charter schools in the Denver metro area serving students as young as twelve weeks through twelfth grade.

The Regional Enrollment Manager plays a critical role in ensuring families have access to that opportunity by leading strategic enrollment, outreach, and community engagement efforts across our network of schools.
What you will be doing:
This role is responsible for developing and executing enrollment strategies that meet student recruitment and retention goals while ensuring a joyful, equitable experience for every family. The Regional Enrollment Manager reports to the Executive Director of Family Empowerment and works in close partnership with Regional Directors of Operations and the Director of Family Empowerment to align on school-specific strategies, foster meaningful family relationships, and cultivate long-term community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Enrollment Planning
- Support and lead the execution of a comprehensive regional enrollment strategy that aligns with network-wide goals and school-level targets in the far northeast region.
- Analyze historical enrollment trends, demographic data, and campaign performance to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
- Manage regional recruitment calendars, timelines, and key enrollment milestones, including lottery, registration, and first-day enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors and school leadership to adapt strategies based on local context and family needs.
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Serve as a lead ambassador for RMP in the broader community—attending and hosting regional outreach events, school fairs, and local gatherings.
- Build relationships with community partners (e.g., childcare centers, faith organizations, community centers) to promote school awareness and trust.
- Partner with the Director of Family Empowerment to align recruitment with broader family empowerment efforts to support student persistence.
Family Experience & Customer Service
- Ensure a seamless, welcoming, and equitable enrollment journey for all families from application through onboarding.
- Oversee and support school-based staff in family communications to boost enrollment
- Coordinate school tours, family info sessions, orientation events, enrollment, and registration campaigns in collaboration with school teams.
- Develop multilingual communications and culturally responsive engagement strategies to reflect RMP’s diverse community.
Operations & Compliance
- Maintain data integrity and compliance within enrollment systems (SchoolMint, Salesforce, Infinite Campus, data trackers, etc.).
- Monitor enrollment pipelines and waitlists; implement strategies to fill open seats in real time.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable district, state, and federal enrollment policies.
- Track outreach, conversion, and enrollment metrics to evaluate impact and adjust strategies.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as a key member of the Family Empowerment team, supporting cross-functional initiatives with Operations and Communications.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to school-based staff responsible for enrollment and family outreach.
- Serve as a thought partner to Regional Directors and campus leaders, providing insight on trends, challenges, and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enrollment, admissions, sales, or community outreach, preferably in a K-12 or nonprofit setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with diverse communities.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute grassroots marketing, events, and outreach strategies.
- Experience with CRM or enrollment platforms (e.g., SchoolMint, Salesforce).
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and data management tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on family and community schedules.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Spanish/English bilingual proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Deep knowledge of Denver’s neighborhoods and community-based organizations.
- Experience working in charter schools or public education environments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Benefits: Includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision), disability insurance, life insurance, PERA retirement, and paid time off.
