Role Mission
As the Manager of Operational Administration, you will coach and develop Office Associates and Registrars to ensure effective front-office operations and strong student data practices. You will lead onboarding and provide ongoing support for attendance, enrollment, registration, scheduling, and compliance, including Pre-K in coordination with the Director of ECE. You’ll serve as the owner and expert of our Student Information Systems (SIS), managing tools like Infinite Campus, Tableau, and PowerSchool dashboards. This role supports district-level compliance, including PEIMS, HS transcripts, and graduation. You will also play a key role in driving progress toward RMP’s Big 5 goals, including enrollment and attendance.

Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years + experience in Operations
- Fluent in oral and written English and Spanish (required).
- Demonstrates capacity to problem-solve, manage logistics, and coordinate details in a fast-paced environment that directly supports RMP
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, high-stakes relationships, and engagements simultaneously, with a high degree of personal accountability and professionalism.
- Is passionate about educational equity and dedicated to academic success for all students.
- Is committed to constant growth and reflection through regular coaching and professional development.
- Is proficient in using basic business software and Google Suite (required) and student information systems including Infinite Campus (strongly preferred).
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of registration and student file requirements, policies, and procedures, including origination and compilation of student records, campus course/activity schedules, and matriculation and graduation requirements. (strongly preferred)

Salary
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000
