Rooted in a culture of rigor and love, RMP promises to coach, develop, and champion every team member so they can do their best work and grow as professionals, people, and leaders.

Our Approach to Early Childhood Education

At Rocky Mountain Prep, we believe the foundation of a person’s life is built in early childhood, and every child is capable of great things at every age. Our early learning program provides a safe, enriching, and responsive environment that nurtures growth through developmentally appropriate, play-based learning and strong, continuous relationships. Mixed-age classrooms promote deep connection, holistic understanding, and peer-to-peer learning. Expert educators facilitate rigorous play and individualized instruction that honors each child’s identity, culture, and lived experience. We partner closely with families to understand their goals, routines, and hopes for their children, ensuring that every child is seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
