Assistant to the Executive Principal

- 100% of campuses going green & ECE-2nd grade students growing an average of 1.25 years in math and reading
- 100% of seniors accepted into college

Role Mission
Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP) seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Executive Principal, who leads two RMP campuses. This key role ensures operational efficiency, strategic alignment, and the successful execution of leadership priorities. The Executive Assistant will manage executive scheduling, coordinate logistics, lead planning efforts, and drive special projects. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support & Coordination:
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Executive Principal, helping to manage competing priorities and ensure high-impact execution across two campuses.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive Principal and campus leadership teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
- Facilitate project integration and alignment between the two campuses to drive student achievement and operational excellence.
Operational & Administrative Excellence:
- Manage the Executive Principal’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of meetings, school visits, and key deadlines.
- Oversee logistics for school events, professional development sessions, and leadership team meetings.
- Support drafting, editing, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external audiences.
- Streamline operational processes to enhance the efficiency of the Executive Principal’s office.
Project & Initiative Management:
- Lead and support special projects that advance RMP’s academic and cultural goals across both campuses.
- Assist in tracking key initiatives, ensuring progress, and troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
- Support the development of systems for cross-campus collaboration and continuous improvement.
Family & Community Engagement:
- Coordinate engagement efforts to strengthen family partnerships and ensure they are empowered participants in the success of their children.
- Support initiatives that reinforce a welcoming, inclusive school culture aligned with RMP’s mission.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- A minimum of three years of professional experience, preferably in an educational, nonprofit, or operations-focused role.
- Experience supporting senior leaders, managing complex projects, or coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in school-based operations or education administration is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Full-time position with a salary range of $50,000 to $65,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Benefits: Includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision), disability insurance, life insurance, PERA retirement, and paid time off.
